Statement

My work is a documentation of my daily experiences. The residue of my work takes form in the object: Books, Chapbooks, Constructions, Sculpture and Writing. I choose to use a diverse palette of media because, just as life, art is and should always be multifaceted and limitless.

I have a lifelong fascination with found objects, repurposed items and ideas, and every day ephemerae. This offers in my work a culmination of mass histories that present a meta-experience between the viewer and myself using the object as the medium. I draw heavy influence from the journals of Peter Beard, Wallace Berman’s “Semina” mail art, Joseph Cornell’s constructions and the writings of the Beat Generation.
